I tried Pongo Resume and started with the "Resume Builder". I felt that without a great resume I'd never get to an interview. The resume builder gave me a place to enter my accomplishments, my job history, and my schooling. I already had a resume with these exact categories on it so was hoping for something that would make each category really stand out, especially from the one I wrote myself without Pongo 'help'. I could find nowhere that I could get help with wording, other than to pay Pongo over $100 for professionally writing my resume for me. I'm glad I only paid for one month. Sadly, I only used it for a half a day. Cancellation, however, was quick and easy.

In summary, I would not recommend Pongo Resume to a friend.

At this point in time, Pongo has a programming glitch that prevents access to a portion of my resume for editing...seriously yes, I can not access a portion to edit. They said they know about the 'glitch'. I'd say for a service that is an editing/builder service, this is more then a glitch. I need my resume NOW. Going on 3rd day with and no resolution. WIll be canceling membership.

In summary, I would not recommend Pongo Resume to a friend.

After using the free trial for Pongo I decided to subscribe to have acess to advanced features. In short the site only has a limited number of templates, very few fonts, and the reumes are very hard to work with once you download them into Word. It is very difficult to copy and paste, or improve. The finished product is not professional. I called customer service to express my displeasure and ask for a refund which they would not issue. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was transfered to voice mail. Pongo is a ripoff.

In summary, I would not recommend Pongo Resume to a friend.
